I loved Stepbrothers and Mamma Mia.
I want to see Pineapple Express (I love Seth Rogen), and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants next.

ermmmmmmmmm..........last three movies i've seen...
Tropic Thunder- pretty darn silly and crazy. it was very intentionally over the top and did a pretty good job at portraying its message. ben stiller was still...ben stiller, though. i saw it for robert downey jr. and am glad i did. he has a chameleon like in the way he melds into his character. 8/10
Smart People-it's not really a comedy. it has some laughs but its more about people having to deal with the future and life in general. i liked it but it's definitely not everyone. if you're looking for a comedy then watch tropic thunder or something. 8/10
The Savages-warm and very human story about a brother and sister having to deal with death and putting their father in a retirement home. 9.5/10

I didn't get Maggie Gylenhall though. She's supposed to be a hot chick, what happened? They couldn't afford Angelina Jolie? Charlize Theron?

Yeah, she went from looking like Katie Holmes to something more like Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Understandable, Holmes is probably off chasing UFOs or something now but they still need someone who at least minimally has her presence, her mannerisms, at least (and yeah they would have been closer with either of the above you mentioned, or Bridgett Moynahann, or even Kate Beckinsale).

Kate Beckinsale is in contention to play Catwoman for the next movie.
That's if Christopher Nolan and Co. will include Catwoman in the next movie.

I watched The World's Fastest Indian
yesterday. It starred Anthony Hopkins as Burt Munro.

Was the real Burt Munro AS or was he an oddball by choice?

Surf's Up

Very good animation, Jon Heder has the perfect surfer-dude voice.
