I really enjoyed that episode, it was long overdue. I mightily enjoyed the play on words/ surreal depiction of AS/ how they abolished any turning points in the prior episode

"the world is ran by aliens. Or self-aware robots, f*ck you!" And it is true, speaking for myself at least, that Asperger's can give one a disillusioned look at the world. Even so, you don't have to have Asperger's to know Adam Sandler is sh*****g in our eyes, ears and mouth this fall >_<

And to think, one of my NT friends went to see the New Sandler movie, and thought it was great. :?

I was upset. I would like to see an autistic character and would like to see the show ding on society for ignorance.

I'm glad they were willing to parody it rather than getting all wimpy and doing something cut-rate like the Nostalgia Critic did. And by cut-rate, I mean incredibly lame. Not offensive, just lame.

I liked it, I never thought of Aspergers as sounding like ass burgers the people making the show really raise my consciousness

Didn't that episode did the latter though? It showed how everyone assumed that Stan has Asperger's just because he was depressed and how everyone in that focus group don't even think that Asperger's is real so they used it as their cover, and of course there's Cartman being Cartman and shoving burgers up his ass. Ironically we live in a world where tons of people would think of Asperger's in all three forms!

That episode disappointed me quite a bit. I had high hopes for it considering how great of a job they did with Tourette's in an earlier episode, but this episode just sucked. First, they made Asperger's seem like some weird form of depression more than anything else, and second, the whole episode seemed disjointed. It just wasn't a good plot or anything.

The next episode, Last of the Meheecans, was one of their best. So maybe that just got most of the production time.
