I don't know if I'd call it "cult", but definitely obscure: The Seventh Seal (Ingmar Bergman).
As for cult, well thanks to my french cine class I've seen both "Delicatessen" and "Un Chien Andalou" as well as another Bunuel piece "L'Age d'Or" (loosely based on 120 Days of Sodom, I guess)...all very disturbing films.
And I've seen "Hands of Manos" which was absolutely silly, and a lovely job was done on it by MST3K.
Surprisingly enough, I've seen a majority of films listed in this thread, which leads me to believe that I'll watch pretty much anything...which is scary.
Oh, and there was a version of "Little Red Riding Hood" released a few years back. Definitely cult. It was good, I really enjoyed it because it was so *out there* weird, but I guess a lot of people didn't care much for it. Here's the IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0388365/
