They tried doing one with Kenneth Copeland, but he doesn't do the facial expressions that Tilton does.

Reminds me of the South Park episode where Cartman is hiding hamburgers up his butt, so he can claim he has "assburgers."

The Psychological Torture of the Victorian Workhouse / Secrets from the Workhouse

*It's a shame that the guests and narrator shamed married women for having extramarital affairs and illegitimate children. No one acknowledged these children were most likely the product of rape.

Thriller: 'Where the Action is' (1975)

Typical episode from the Brian Clemens potboiler production line. A deranged multi-millionaire kidnaps professional gamblers, keeps them prisoner in his mansion, and forces them to play poker and other games with him, for enormous stakes and with deadly consequences. I love the bit where one desperate prisoner is shot in the thigh by a marksman with a high-powered rifle when trying to escape, then is seen walking around the next day with just a slight limp!

I didn't recognize any of the actors in this, except for Ingrid Pitt. She had been making a bit of a name for herself a few years earlier in Hammer horror films, but the studio was almost bankrupt by this time, and she probably had to accept any role she was offered.

Coronation Street, 17 April 1985

Brian Tilsley clashes with his mother, who thinks he should be making more effort to be reconciled with his estranged wife, Gail. Percy Sugden costs the Rover's Return victory in a pub quiz on account of his ignorance of football history.

Mavis Riley: "It'll be different when you're standing up there in front of an audience.....I mean, all those eyes and all those mouths....I've never liked mouths. Do you like mouths?"

Gail Tilsley (somewhat puzzled): "I've never given mouths much thought".

Mavis: "Ooooh, I hate them! Bye!"

Coronation Street, 1 July 1985

Three of the street's ladies go on a short holiday break to Blackpool, namely Rita Fairclough, Mavis Riley and Bet Lynch (Weatherfield's answer to Ingrid Pitt). The prim-and-proper Mavis is frequently shocked at the antics of her more feisty companions, whom she clearly regards as 'cougars'.

(Young man wolf-whistles the ladies)

Mavis: "I wish they wouldn't do that. It's embarrassing." (hiccups)

Bet: "So's that!"

Mavis: "Yeh, well it's with having kippers for me breakfast. I only ever have them when I come on holiday, but I always regret it after."

Bet: "Last night it was the potted shrimps. I don't know why you don't just stick to coddled eggs and have done!"

I'd never heard of 'coddled eggs' before. Here's the lowdown:
