on Sunday at theaters...
Before I Go to Sleep

yeah, i agree with a lot of peeps out there... my mind immediately went to 50 First Dates...but in a more darker twisted way.
but it was still a good movie. even my mum really enjoyed it and she's kinda hard to please on these types of movies...

Can't blame you for that. Did you enjoy Serenity?

Actually, my family and I have seen Serenity in the past. Even though my sister rented [b]Serenity
from the library, we enjoyed Serenity anyway. My mom's favorite character is Malcolm. My sister's favorite character is Wash and my favorite character is River, because IMO, she seems more Autistic-ish than Aspie.

I do plan on seeing Interstellar this weekend, likely Sunday after I get out of church, and on Friday, I plan on seeing The Equalizer, Fury, John Wick {the new Keanu Reeves movie}, Nightcrawler, or Big Hero 6.

I saw Oculus a few days ago, and I thought it was pretty good.

Hercules

Dwayne Johnson portrayes Hercules, who, along with his team, have their lives as swords-for-hire tested when the King of Thrace and his daughter seek their aid in defeating a tyrannical warlord, but all is not what it seems.

Watched the Ethan Hawke version of Hamlet again. Since there are no extras on the DVD, the only way to get more of it is to watch it again. It deserves a deluxe Blu-ray treatment.

One thing I noticed this time that I hadn't before: Paula Malcomson has a small role (as Marcella, a female version of the play's Marcellus), and she was later on Sons of Anarchy, which is a loose retelling of Hamlet. She was also on Deadwood, which has nothing to do with Hamlet, but it's such an awesome show that I have to mention it whenever there's the slightest excuse.

Saw Interstellar last night.
Visually stunning, but very long, at least 45 minutes to long and the plot makes little sense, it wants to be intellectual but it fails. I thing it's Christopher Nolan's first misstep.

Well, although I saw this at a cinema (movie theater), it was not really a film, as such, but rather a National Theatre (London stage) production that had been recorded especially to show on the big screen.

It was Frankenstein with Benedict Cumberbatch (Of Sherlock fame) playing the creature.
It was excellent and is also, I notice, showing in quite a few USA places.
