The problem with Spock though is that he would never be neurotypical due to his genealogy. Remember that his mother was Human but his father was a Vulcan. Therefore, his neurobiology would be a combination of the two species. He would never quite fit in either world. However, it is possible that the entire Vulcan race would be considered to have the traits of humans with Aspergers. They are VERY emotional but control it through the use of excessive logic. So, since Spock was never completely human to begin with, it is not fair or accurate to state that he has a human neurobiological condition.
