Alright, Ryoga! From Shigoku to Paris to Yokohama but never where he needs to be!

Heh, yep. I use that icon because, well, I can associate with Ryoga on constantly getting lost. I've gotten lost in my own hometown on a number of occasions...

There are so many shows I can't stand; I couldn't list them all. The ones I really can't stand are:

1. Barney and Friends
2. Krypto the Superdog
3. Baby Looney Tunes
4. Robot Boy
5. Code Lyoko
6. Fashion House
7. Desire
8. The Biggest Loser (They tempt their contestants!!)
9. 1 versus 100
10. Savants (There is a guy on there that wants to "awaken savant-like abilities in us all." It's as if he doesn't see the ethical issues in it!)
11. The Tyra Banks Show

The Fairly OddParents. In my opinion, anybody who likes that show really needs professional help.

Worst TV shows in my opinion

The Waltons, tops my list, cause it was too smarmy and perfect.
Seventh Heaven, same as the Waltons, too smarmy and perfect
Reality TV shows, need I say more, or mention titles? I can't stand watching people on TV, making complete fool-asses of themselves and all in the name of entertainment.
Anime, I can't figure out the appeal of it, or understand it, despite my sister's boyfriend, and my friends trying to explain it to me, too damned confusing, too damned hard to figure out.
Barney
Teletubbies
Jerry Springer
I can go on and on, but my list would be so long, it would take up the rest of the forum's memory space.

stuck pig syndrome, noun
The tendency to use the same metaphor inappropriately in other situations. For example, taking the common metaphor "bleeding like a stuck pig" and saying "I'm sweating like a stuck pig" or "That thing is leaking like a stuck pig."

My husband talks like that all the time. Drives me up a wall! 8O

...Also known as a mixed metaphor.

As in, "It's dog eat dog in this rat race"

Or, "Does the pope s**t in the woods?" -- a combination of two sayings, both of which mean You've just said something obvious.

All reality shows suck. Especially The Biggest Loser, and all those stupid home makeover shows. At least game shows had general knowlege stuff.

Despite its massive popularity, the Law and Order shows.

I only watch it because it's the show that comes on before Monk. (Specifically, I think it's SVU that comes on before Monk).

I also don't like:

Passions
Desire
Fashion House
The 700 Club
MTV shows (besides Hogan Knows Best)
soap operas in general

Had another idea.

Many of these other shows are simply poorly directed and annoying. But if any show should be taken off the air, it's Judge Judy. Because she's an unprofessional HACK. I'm pretty convinced I couldn't ever take her court room seriously.

I would say most reality shows are pretty bad, but I do like a few of them like The Amazing Race, Survivor, and Wife Swap.

For me it's Maya & Miguel :x. Ewwwwwwwwww! The show should just be called Maya because the don't even concentrate on her twin brother very much. I'm typing this post so I don't have to watch it. (It's on at 4:00 (right now) where I live). Maya is insensitive and treats people with problems like an amputated arm and (I assume) AS differently from everyone else. Anything that she thinks that person may have difficulty doing, she excludes that person. If she even thinks that someone is feeling badly, she gets some crazy idea and goes way to extreme by trying to help them. For example, her brother Miguel wants an autograph from a star baseball player, so she and her friends dress up as the Baritone Boys, who are to start the game with the Star-Spangled Banner. And she can't sing! Plus, when that fails, she takes the mascot, puts herself inside it and chases the star baseball players around, making them lose! Plus she's always talking in Spanish and I can't understand her! And worst and most annoying of all... Whenever she gets some crasy idea that eventually causes a horrible disaster, her hairband glows hot pink and she says "S-O-S!" How stupid is that? Ewwewwewwewwewwewwewwewwwwwwwwww! I can't stand her!

Okay, first of all, you have some of the show's info wrong. When Maya says 'sos', she's really saying "!Eso es!" which means "That's it!" in Spanish. And I like that they both speak in English and Spanish. It's helping me learn! When you live in a society where you're hearing Spanish nearly every day, you may at least try to learn a little bit of it (although I think they should definently learn English!). Yes, I think Maya does over-do things, but all she's trying to do is help people. At least she has good intentions. And yes, the show can drag on and on, but it's not like that for every episode. Some episodes can keep me on the edge of my seat! So next time if you're going to bad mouth "Maya and Miguel", try and think of the positives about the show. I'm not saying anything bad about Pokemon, am I?

I think Pat Robertson is psychotic. So is Falwell. But I liked Success 'n' Life, with Robert Tilton. That man was hilarious.

In fact, some guys created videos of Success 'n' Life where they added farting sounds to coincide with the strange facial and body expressions that Tilton did.

I don't know about individually. The sitcoms I passed by on the defunct UPN network were unspeakably unfunny though.
