Yeah, my Complete Series set of Married with Children came that way too. It hasn't really been a problem for me. I spent $5 on a package of CD/DVD paper sleeves (100 count) and put the discs in those, and then put the sleeves in the case after removing the spindle. It's an acceptable trade-off if I'm spending $30 on the set instead of $130.

From looking at the picture, I'm glad that you were able to put the discs of that full-series Shield release into envelopes. I think that the discs will be (and in fact, are) much better protected than they would have been on that spindle.

Grimm, because the new season started yesterday and Constantine, which premiered yesterday following Grimm.

Star Trek TOS. I knew I was a Trekkie at heart.

Gotham is starting to get good and I absolutely love The Flash--it's the first live action TV show I've seen that actually feels like a comic... Bring on Gorilla Grodd!

Bones. It's not the best tv program ever, but I kind of relate to Temperance Brennon. I've started to say, "I don't know what that means" now instead of just staring at people blankly hoping they don't notice that I don't understand them.

Downtown Abbey

Watching a show about the highbrow british society of the 1910s is quite interesting in itself. Along with much of the drama that goes on in it.
