my question for you guys is have u every cried during anime? if so which one made u cry?
for me it was during Full Metal Alchemist, the funeral scene for Hughes.

Well, I think this question needs to be the beginning of a new thread, but all right, I'll answer it...

it would be the last episode of an OVA called "Save My Earth", in which a boy, who's blessed with awesome telekinetic powers, but otherwise lonely...is accepted by a foster father character...that made me lose it.

You'd really have to see it to realize it's full power, but it's worth it...

Anime which made me cry
The Part in Grave of the Fireflies where he buries his kid sister is pretty sad.

BTW: Still on Anime, I just finished watching A Scanner Darkly which maybe considered anime??
It seemed pretty slow to get started but was quite good by the end - in fact, it just started moving and then ended pretty abruptly.

Has anyone else seen it and if so, what did you think of it?

I like Trigun there are others; Naruto, Mobile Suit Gundam, and Hellsing (the OVA's, not the series).

Pick up an anime after your own namesake, Berserk. Your parents may not approve, it is bloody violent.

Here's a music video, it'll give you a small taste of what you can see:

Hellsing is about a vampire and is good, also bloody violent. Here's a bit of what you could see:

Fist of the North Star has lots of ...explosive... fights(You'll know what I mean by explosive when you see Kenshiro fight).

My favorite anime(Not in order):

Series
Outlaw Star
Saiyuki
Rune Soldier
Kino's Journey
Twelve Kingdoms
Berserk
Hellsing
Inuyasha
Bleach
Dragonball
Naruto
Samurai Champloo
Fist of the North Star
Tekkaman Blade
Street Fighter II: V
Lupin the Third

Movies
Ninja Scroll
Barefoot Gen
Spriggan
Steamboy
Akira
Fist of the North Star
Vampire Hunter D 1&2
Most, if not all, of Studio Ghibli's movies.
Street Fighter II: The Movie
Patlabor 1&2
Taro the Dragon Boy
Jin Roh: The Wolf Brigade

Right now I'm watching Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I saw it when I was really young and liked it, so now I'm watching all the episodes on the internet.

That would depend on your Blockbuster. The Blockbusters near me have Berserk, Hellsing, and Fist of the North Star series, as well as a few others.
