The First Snow of Winter and The Seventh Brother were two of my favorites (Wikipedia them if you don't know what those are).

Anastasia from the... 20th Century Fox? It's certainly not Disney.

I also remember watching Disney's Cinderella and The Little Mermaid a lot, so I suppose I liked them.

And of course, the Digimon movie and the Pokémon movies. :D

An American Tail (Some of the music is hauntingly beautiful. I’m already completely sold on the movie in the opening credits. The message continues to be relevant, especially in our current administration.)

Oh yeah! The Sword in the Stone! I love that movie. The book, The Once and Future King, is great, too.
