Psycho, the 1960 Hitchcock one. It's a classic but it was my first time seeing it. Giggled a couple times at the 'effects'.

Ship Of Fools (1965).

A bit of a museum piece - overlong (143 minutes), rather contrived in places, and in black and white (despite it saying 'colour' on the dvd case!).

Still engaged the attention for most of the time, playing around with ideas like the thin line between love and hate, fantasy and reality, self-deception and so on. Worth seeing also for Simone Signoret and one of Vivien Leigh's last performances.

^ The only bit of that one I remember is a trolley of some sort careering around in the Titanic's dining hall as the ship began to list badly. Strange how some things stick in the memory for so long....
