Judge vs Judge

Just finished episode 24.

Observation, not related to the story. Thirty minutes of this show seems to go by quickly. Whereas Adventure Time is often about 10 minutes in length, but feels like 30 minutes. I'm not going to think about that. It's just an observation.

The Well Dressed Woman (WDW)? Turns out she is a moderately well known Designer. WDW and her daughter run into an ex friend outside of the court house. The ex friend, Se-ra, was previously framed by WDW for stealing. WDW acts snooty and saccharine sweet towards Se-ra, believing she is heading towards the court house for some infraction. WDW makes a point of mentioning her daughter's boyfriend is a judge. Se-ra knows this because she works with him. Then later, in court the look on WDW's face, when she realized Se-ra works for the court, and provides the photographic evidence that proves WDW is a tiny petite LIAR.

Trivia - A snow globe just like this appears on Park Eun-bin's desk in the series. There is a different snow globe in her character's bedroom. (I'm don't want people thinking I'm snooping in her real life bedroom)

I've been watching a weekend marathon yesterday and today, except when watching Formula One (Silverstone GP) in the morning and Judge vs Judge last night.

Such a funny show, funny characters, funny situations.
I use to watch this in the sixties with my family, but I watched regularly in the '70s after school. I always like Hymie the robot as a kid. I also really enjoyed Larabee, the Chief's assistant. He's always a bit slow.
On the KAOS side, there was Siegfried, played by Bernie Kopell.
I just watched the episode where Agent 99 (Barbara Feldon) gave birth to twins. It was the last season.

Sigh... I've been watching a program called Customer Wars on A&E¹

People can behave so poorly. I understand that maybe they were just having a bad day. The scope of the behavior goes beyond having a bad day. There are usually two sides to every story. Sometimes not.

It's also on YouTube. However, not recommended.

I think I should switch to the Mister Rodgers channel.

¹ A&E use to stand for Arts and Entertainment. I suspect that was not profitable.

Last night we finished watching our way through The Expanse, Season 4.

Seasons 1–3 spanned the Solar System. Season 4 got us outside the Solar System!
The story is still predominantly about humans coping with alien technology intruding on their lives
but it's intrusion is expanding.

This show is wonderful hard science fiction. RECOMMENDED!

And I'm not the only one that thinks so.

It's worth a watch if you like something a bit weird, funny and dark

The Bear season 3 episode 8.

I love The Bear. The acting is phenomenal. The dialogue is superb. But this season has been...not good. No discernable story for the season yet, and there's only 2 eps left. Just a lot of montages, conversations full of subtext and other conversations full of shouting. Those things were always part of The Bear but there was also a story. Without the story it's just a bit...wanky.

I commented that I might watch this (back in March), and that's what I did yesterday. I watched all seven episodes.
I thought it was well written, directed, and acted. What jamie0.0 did not mention is the older mute brother, Gus, has flashes of images. Sometimes he draws them, which concerns his school's counselor. Sometimes he spells things out in the air to his younger brother, Eli.
It is a rather dark drama, and throughout I really hoped it would have a happy ending. No spoilers.
I would not recommend for people who are squeamish with blood, people getting high, graphic violence (I don't recall gore).

I'm up to season 7, episode 12 (Like Gene for Chocolate).
It is a good palate cleanser after watching Customer Wars a few days ago, and Boy Swallows Universe yesterday.
