Project Almanac

I've been thinking about seeing that. Is the humor along the lines of The Heat or is it toned down? The Heat was alright but at times it got tedious.

After.Life

It's Alive III: Island Of The Alive.

Terrible special effects (by today's standards), and hokey dialogue - the only saving grace is the sense of humanity which had been a subtext in the previous movies. The monster babies are proven to be worthy of life in court by a father named Jarvis (Michael Moriarty), and so they are exiled to a deserted island. When scientists want to study them, the bring a reluctant Jarvis along, only to have the monster five year olds - now sexually mature - taking control of the boat, and killing everyone on board save Jarvis. The monsters want to return to America, for a very human reason.

We watched Dodgeball in class.
