Vanilla Sky is pretty awful.

intolerable cruelty. 0/10.

the last boy scout. totally cynical and whose only redeeming social value is to serve as a bad example.

anything by Adam Sandler
Big Trouble in Little China
Police Story I and II
Hercules in New York

Bad Bad:
Snakes on a Plane
Snakes on a Train
The Leprechaun series
Jurassic Park and sequels
The Flintstones movie
The second Mummy film, the one with The Rock in it
Epic Movie

In between the two, but definitely bad:
The Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter movies
The Mask, Ace Ventura, etc
The Pokemon movie
Movies made by 60s rock bands - Help, Tommy, etc though Quadrophenia isn't that bad

i am reluctant to cavalierly dismiss anybody else's creation, as only that original creator is in any moral position to belittle their own creation. the one exception to this rule is when somebody uses art to hurt or disenfranchise somebody else. but that is just me.
