Yes it is the Borg Queen. She calls herself the Alpha and the Omega.

Sometime ago I took an online test to see which starship captain I would be. I was expecting Kirk or Picard to be who I would be most similar to. The test said I was most similar to Commander Adama from the revised Battlestar Galactica! That's pretty cool too!

I used to hate Star Trek because it could not compare to my favorite movie '2001 a Space Odyssey'
Nevertheless I find the cyBorg collective interesting and it kind of reminds me of the computer in 2001.

I'm torn between the Emergency Medical Hologram Mark I in ST: Voyager and Dr. Phlox in ST: Enterprise :)
