Wha? Why? 0.o

Admittedly, Pokemon is an interesting idea. They made it VERY corny though. A pair of criminals called Jesse and James? Seriously, COME ON 0.o

I'm hooked on Bleach too. It's the next DBZ, IMO.

Bleach is NOT the next DBZ, because Bleach is a classic anime and DBZ is the ultimate corniness.

Lovin the Bleachiness in ur avi btw :P

I meant in popularity. Though DBZ is overrated, and Bleach's popularity is well justified.

K, Ill give you that - for whatever reason, DBZ does seem to be as popular as Bleach is set to become.

Bleh, I love anime, but there are seriously so many anime shows that can't keep up with all them. My first anime addiction was Pokemon, but I apparently outgrew that. I also was in to shows like Yu Yu Hakusho, the Dragon Ball series, a little bit of Full Metal Alchemist and Naruto, and a bunch of other stuff.

My recent addiction was Sonic X, but much to my dismay the most recent season was butchered to death by the suckiest dubbing anime company in existance. :x

Now, my current addiction is a show called Onmyou Taisenki, which is rather pretty cool with more of the introduction of anthro characters. It's rather hard to explain, since it is very Japanese oriented, but it does have a kind of Digimon-feeling to it, but I, personally, think it's cooler than that. :D

So yeah, that's all I have to pretty much say for now. ^_^;

I also enjoy Anime :P

Though it would be more fair to say that I like animation, just that almost all of which I enjoy is japanese.

Tends to have better stories, and is of a higher quality.

Way back in my highschool days I had a friend that was into this stuff, had a whole bunch of great series.

And, some of these things are starting to pop up on the networks. Some of which that don't get so edited that they lose all meaning. (I hate when that happens)

I have to admit, even *I*, who preach the absolute suckiness of Pokemon, was slightly obsessed with it at one time (although only for the first couple of years after it came out - I havent watched it since I was about 12, possibly even 11)

Not bad taste. I cant say much for Dragonball (although I know a few people who would  ), but FMA and Naruto are alltime classics, and Ive read a couple of chapters of the Yu Yu Hakusho manga and was suprised to find that was actually quite compelling as well.

Yeh, thats mainly because in the west, animations generally viewed as purely a kids medium, so most western cartoons have very childish stories. I have to say though, the Japanese do seem to have a gift for creepy suspense :P

Dragonball Z is only for people who like character development without deep plots. I've seen TONS of anime at this point, and still can't get enough!

-Speed Racer (the first one I've ever seen!)

-Robotech (my love for anime was solidified with this one.)

-Roruni Kenshin (Just beautiful. The best show since Dragonball Z.)

-Dragonball Z (The best show since Robotech! )

-S.E.Lain (So want to see it again...)

-Last Exile (The best show since Kenshin!)

-Cowboy Bebop (frikkin classic)

-Opening anime cut-scenes in videogames.

-Samurai Pizza Cats (frikkin classic)

-Initial D (Just getting in to this one, but I like it!)

-Macross II: Lovers Again (I forgot to eat because of this one.)

-Gunsmith Cats (Pretty nice action mini-series that mixes goofiness, with seriousness.)

I'll ad more later.

You should watch Code Geass, It is awsome!
