Don't know who knows this one, but I think that Brutha from "Small Gods" (Discworld) is autistic. He has no understanding of people and no desire to be around them. But he has a phenomenal memory for events and numbers even as he completely misses cues from those who take advantage of him.

Mentioned already, but I also think Sam from Benny and Joon has AS and so does Mr Bean. In an interview with Rowan Atkinson, he mentioned that he never thought that Mr Bean was stupid. He would come up with some ingenious solutions to unusual problems and has no consideration for social conventions.

In the Lupin III anime series by Monkey Punch, I reckon Lupin has ADD and Goemon possibly has AS.

In "Finding Nemo", I reckon Marlin possibly has something or other. And Dory has... Okay. Don't go there. :P

Double D has OCD, no question about that. He has some Aspie-ness to him, too, but I'd bet money he has OCD. I also have OCD (in addition to Asperger's), so that's pretty much why I love the show.

First he tried to set his son, Faramir on fire, but he got rescued, so only Denethor burned.
He definately had reality issues, he thought his son was dead, when he was just unconcious.

In the baby Sitters Club books:

Jackie Rowdosky-dyspraxic or has some kind of coordination problems. He is a walking disaster. One big accident prone for a seven year old.

Claudia Kishi-learning disabled. Doesn't do well in school and spelling isn't her forte because she mispells a lot. She gets low grades too.

End of the baby sitters club.

Matilda-math savant. Can caculate big numbers in her head while everyone else has to do it on paper.

And this one guy in Cloak & Dagger seemed aspie. The guy in a computer store mentions to Davey about this one guy who works with him on computers he was never good with other people and when you look at him, he is acting differently too.

Homer Simpson-alcoholic and an idiot.
Bart Simpson-some kind of behavior problems

Dil Pickles-aspie traits

Alright this is a great idea, I have thought of this myself
Anyway, I would just like to point out hat just because someone is intelligent in a certain area and socially inept does not automatically make them have AS. Also, most decent villains will have some sort of Psycopathic tenancies.

That being said here are my analysis.
Pinky and the Brain
Pinky has ADHD and Tourettes.
Brain is delusional and has a superiority Complex. Also probably OCD.
There is a debate among some fans who analyze the lyrics to the theme song where it says one is a genius the other insane, the natural assumption is that Brain is the genius and Pinky is insane, however, some argue that Pinky is in fact the genius and Brain is insane.

Star Trek
Kirk is Narcissistic and ODD
Spock fits people's idea on here it seems of AS, possibly OCD as well

I think Beavis from Beavis and Butthead is either an Aspie or just plain high.

Forrest Gump has some form of Autism

The Simpsons
Homer Simpson may be slightly ret*d, or just stupid from being drunk all the time
I believe Bart was diagnosed ADD
Mr. Burns a Sociopath
Smithers probably has OCD
Lenny and Karl could also have OCD
Ralph Wiggum may be Autistic, he definitely has some sort of issue.
It was revealed in one Episode that the Sea Captain has OCD.

MAdtv
Stuart ADHD
Miss Swan some sort of disability I can't put my finger on it

Batman
Batman has some social disorder maybe ASD
The Joker has TS and possibly ADHD
Twoface is OCD and in some appearances multiple personality

Seinfeld
Jerry has OCD because he obsesses over the most minute things
George is the same
Kramer could be ADD and possibly disbraxia or something similar
Newman might be AS

Sesame Street
The Count has OCD
Cookie Monster has OCD and an eating disorder
Oscar has ASD
Elmo could be ADD
Ernie could also be ADD
Bert is OCD

Dr. House probably has several problems like Narcissism, ASD, and OCD

That is all I can think of for now.

All I know about Lain: Serial Experiment, is that it's about some poor child who commits suicide. I can't watch it. Poor thing... schizophrenia.

I know he's diagnosed with OCD but Adrian Monk so has Aspergers as well. He's really naive (trusts most everyone except the person he thinks is the murderer!), has odd physical mannerisms and always says the wrong thing...

But lets' not stop there... that's boring...

Bender from futurama must have ASRD (anti-social Robotality disorder!)
Fry from futurama has ADD and Dyspraxia
Butters from South Park: Aspergers and an anxiety disorder!
Tweak from SP has a serious Caffiene addiction!
Kenny from SP has a fear of death (but wouldn't you if you died in every episode!)

Cartman... what can one say about Cartman...

Oh and Rimmer from Red Dwarf: Aspie and smeghead...

I'm just reading a book by Meg Cabot and the girl in it, Allie, may have aspergers. She love rules, she thinks friendship is hard 'cause there are no rules for friendship, she love to have everything the same way, she is obsessed by collecting rocks, love animals and seem to like them more then humans, she seem more mature then here friends and don't seem to have very good empathy towards others.

I can't believe no one has mentioned my favorite, L from "Death Note" as a candidate for Aspergers.

I say this for many reasons:
1. He never sits normally, he always squats and slouches in his chair (much like me ^_^)
2. He never makes eye contact
3. Always takes off his socks at every opportunity
4. Always calm, despite the stress level of the situation
5. Never eats any thing but sweets (showing a detest for certain foods)
6. Loves to fiddle and stack common tabletop devises (such as creamer packets)
7. He also mentions that he has never had a real friend
8. His logical reasoning skills are that beyond a humans, (greatest detective in the world according to the show) and yet chooses to be antisocial
9. Severely emotionally distant from all other characters
10. always says things and surprised to find others appalled by his word choice (rudeness)

I don't think a single person could sit down, watch this show, and disagree with this deduction

I've read somewhere that Sheldon Cooper from big bang theory might have aspergers. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but after doing a little investigating I found a few wed sites saying that he does. I do find this possible from his large vocabulary and discomfort with pysical affection. (ex. Hugging).

Jason Vorhees.

Victor Crowley.

2. Homer Simpson, Intermittent Explosive Disorder
