Ant-Man.

Renowned scientist and ex-superhero, Hank Pym, after years of casting away his role as Ant-Man (complete with ability to shrink at will, super strength, with power over ants by means of technology) chooses to give an ex-con burglar a second chance by making said ex-con his successor. And just in time, as Pym's evil protege has rediscovered this science, and is planning to sell it to Hydra. Very fun Marvel superhero movie.

San Andreas

It sucked

However, it had good eye candy and since I was playing a game with my PSP when watching it, it wasn't too bad.

As of right now it has my vote for best picture of the year.

I saw Spotlight about two weeks ago and it was a brilliant movie, very well-done, with terrific performances.

I agree.

I watched Payback.
Mel Gibson was great in it.

Horns.

Christmas present my wife got me. Ig Perish is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Merrin, because they had angrily broken up just before her death. And then when things couldn't get any worse, Ig awakens after a night of self pitying drinking to find that he's sprouted horns during the night. Worse, the horns make people reveal their darkest secrets and compulsions to him. And through them, Ig is able to discover the true murderer of his love, who is much closer than he would ever believe.
While the movie was very good, I found myself critical of it because I had read the book beforehand. Especially lacking is the explanation of the true murderer's motivation that is a major part of the book.

The Other Guys. Will Ferrell and Marc Whalberg. They make quite a cute couple. I think there is quite a good film in there with abut 15mins of editing to fix it.
