Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The problem I have with the movie was not the black Human Torch, or the undersized Ben Grimm in Pre-Thing human form, but how they really underused Dr. Doom, and how they changed his motivation from ruling the world to destroying it.

No kidding. They pulled out the release schedule on the would-be sequel. That's fine with me actually.

Yes, Todd Browning derailed because Freaks failed at the box office.

I watched Sicario last night.

4.5-hour movie serial in 15 parts. Watched the first disc on the DVD set (Parts 1-6) a while back, and spent the past few days watching the second disc (Parts 7-15).

Oooo. That's a good one. I personally think it's one of Tim Burton's most underrated movies.

IMO, this was a good movie and is often compared to Forrest Gump. The irony is that when Forrest Gump was in pre-production, Paramount wanted Tim Burton to direct, but he would only direct if Paramount would cast Johnny Depp as Gump.

Huh? Don't think I ever knew that.

Hotel Transylvania 2

The sequel to Hotel Transylvania. For me, as fun as the original.

I liked that movie too. I was laughing my ass off throughout the majority of it.

In exactly 55 minutes, I will be dead. Murdered. First of all, let me explain: I find myself perfectly sober, reasonably sane, and not at all surprised...

Craig (Raymond Burr) and Myra (Angela Lansbury) are in love but she's married to another man. Her husband is found murdered and she's put on trial. Craig defends Myra and she's acquitted, but he later realizes that she's guilty. Since she can't be tried twice for the same crime, he plans to manipulate her into killing him.

Second time viewing this one and I still like it. One of those forgotten classics that deserves more recognition. It fell into the public domain and can be watched legally and for free on YouTube or just about anywhere else.

I agree completely. I am glad you agree with me as my friends all think I am nuts that I love this Burton movie.

saw it as well. I thought it was great.

My family and I plan on seeing The Revenant in a few days because we like movies that are based on actual events.
