Watching the premiere as I type this. The second song is brilliant.

Edit:

I only have on complaint: The Big Bad of this opener could have been absolutely awesome if they had of actually DONE something with him.

That was what I preferred about the S2 Premiere. Discord had a personality, and an involvement. Sombra was just kind of...there. That aside, I enjoyed it more. Also, I love "Crystal Fair." As much as Winter Wrap Up, which is tied as one of my favourite songs. I do wish it were a little longer, but it's nothing playing it on a loop can't solve.

I'm gonna make a prediction here...

I'm gonna call this the Fanfic Season. From the premier and what I know of upcoming episodes, I'm predicting stories that fanfic readers have read many times put to animation, and I'm going to predict that it'll be a good season, but hardly the best. I'm calling for stories that have potential to be utterly and completely amazing being brought down by a few bad sides, much like how the premier would have been a lot better if Sombra had of played any real part in the story.

Admittedly, it seems like an impossible feat to top last season. *Really* curious what the next step in Twi's training is, and the ending to the latest episode has really piqued my interest.
