Best movie I've seen in years. It's Korean, and may be special order since Netflix doesn't seem to have it. But I think others here would find it worth seeking out. I found it on this list: http://theofficialnothing.com/10-beautifully-odd-movies

Very amusing trailer. This looks like it was made by the same director who created 2004's hit Kamikaze Girls.

Went to a couple's anniversary party last night. (He's Aspie, she's ADHD.) They had a private screening of Amelie at a restaurant that specialises in having a movie with the meal. I am having The Princess Bride as a movie at my birthday party at the same place in 2 weeks' time.

By the way, thanks for the link, I'd like to see some of those other movies. I have seen (inter alia) Benny & Joon. Please tell me, the I'm a Cyborg movie... does it end happily enough? I don't want to have a deathly tragedy right now.

It hasn't been released in the US yet, that's why Netflix doesn't have it. I watched it on youtube anyway. It's a splendid little film, very touching and funny and sweet, and very aspie-appropriate. Of course, since it's directed by Chan-Wook Park (who also directed the masterpiece revenge thriller "Oldboy," as well as "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance" and "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance"), it's a little violent and vengeful too. Fair warning.
