I used to like it when I was younger. I did find it funny especially the behaviour's of scooby and shaggy. But I guess I grew out of it, and although I can still watch it (on boomerang), I prefer not to. That "I would have gotten away with it, if it wasn't for you meddling kids" bit just became too annoying after a while.

Yep - loved Scooby Doo as a kid - still do. But the creation of the demon-pup has vexed me ever since -why do it????

None of the modern remakes, even wihout the evil nephew, seem to be able to recapture the feel of the original few series. What's New Scooby Doo? even tries to be an Agatha Christie lookalike, with every possible suspect being introduced carefully at the beginning.

I've enjoyed watching Scooby Doo as a kid, and I still do. I think that cartoon is a classic. 8)

I always wondered "Who are these people and why are they together?"

Almost all the "Ghosts" turn out to be crooks in costumes.

Why doesn't the big shouldered "jock" guy pull out a baseball bat and flatten the "ghost" instead of running away every time?

I used to realy like it, I used to watch the videos I had which included the 10,000 volt ghost, the black knight and the headless knight. I kind of grew out of watching it, but I do like that I watched it and have fond memories of it. I have liked the live action movies also, I even bought the movie sound track and have gone on the spooky coaster in Movie World (Gold Coast). I liked how the second movie had the cameos of some of the classic villains, but I don't realy find the cartoons very intersting anymore, kind of got old.

I loved it as a kid until Scrappy Doo came along...

He would have gotten away with it too - if it wasn't for those meddling kids.

I've never liked Scooby Doo. Not even as a child.

I hate the 80's cartoon along with that SCARILY stupid dog along his stoned and probably drug-using owner, Shaggy. The intro and show scared the.. out of me, because it was so bad and HORRIBLE. My opinions is as follows:

Fred: He just thinks he is so cool, huh...

Daphne: The suckiest cartoon chick ever, the ONLY thing she did was too walk in freds shoes and wear his clothes, and ripping people's masks off, sl**.

Wilma: Intelligent and usable, shes maybe the ONLY okay character.

Shaggy: He needs to quit using drugs.. or maybe not, because it helps him solve missions.

Scooby: i wonder if shaggy treats him good, at least dont give him DRUGS!! !

There were some spin-offs i did like, two of them:

The one i cant remeber the name of, but it was about 15 monsters who they had to capture, and they introduced mini-scooby and some indian kid in a yellow suit, at least that cartoon was more entertaining, but they quit broadcasting it.

Now for my favorite, What's new scooby do?; this one had a nice theme song, modernised animation, colorful characters and awesome mysteries, i wish they still had this one on CN :
