Does anyone else find that movie hilarious? the humour is just so clever and the court room testimony at the end with the cars is just genius screenwriting...

One of my very favourite movies, quoted pretty much daily. It is as funny on the 200th viewing as on the first.

Having grown up in New York, this couple is a walking caricature of so many people I know.

MCV is pee in the pants funny. Fred Gwinn was very good as the judge. That was his last role before dying.

Oh, I didn't know that. That's too bad. I wish we could keep certain people around to live forever. Only the people that I choose, of course ;)

I thought it was funny, but the incompetence of Vinny is just not credible. He'd never have finished law school if he didn't know some of the things he needed to know for that case. Heck, he'd never have passed the bar exam if he didn't know some of the fundamental things he seemed to lack in the movie.

I liked the scene at the diner where Vinny said he'd never seen a grit.

I LOVE this movie! I've seen it dozens of times and still just LOVE it. I have it on VHS and DVD. LOVE it!!

If you've watched really old TV shows, Fred Gwynn was both a policeman on Car 54, and Herman Munster on the Munsters...;)

My favorite scene is where they put his girlfriend on the stand, and ask her about a '55 250-hp car...Vinnie starts it with 'watch dis'...;)

Still cracks me up.
