I've recently been watching this show on Youtube and it is easily the funniest sketch show I've seen. My favourite episode so far is episode 3, the one with the donkey rides, Bicycle Repair Man, the newsreader who gets dumped into the sea, and the abducted milkman.

So what are your favourite episodes/sketches?

The "English to Hungarian Dictionary" is hilarious.

Of the movies, I prefer "Life of Brian".

That's one of the best shows in the world!

I like the Lumberjack Song!

Cheese Shop, Oscar Wilde, Freemasons... too many brilliant sketches, I can't pick a favorite. I just got the entire series on DVD as a birthday present :D

"This is a dog license with the word "Dog" crossed out, and the word "Cat" written in in crayon."
"I got it from the man in the van." "What man?!"
"The man in the Cat Detector Van."
"The Loony Detector Van, you mean."

"Mr. Notlob....there is nothing wrong with you that an expensive operation can't prolong."

"Dead Bishop on the Landing, sir."
"I don't know who keeps bringing them in!"

"Tell you what, old chap...We'll eat your mum, and then if you feel guilty
about it afterwards, we can dig a grave, and you can throw up into it!"

"Allright, stop this, stop it!
It was all right at first, but now it's got silly!"

and don't we all love . . .

man with his arm chopped off, bleeding profusely . . .

"ah, it's just a flesh wound!"

reply from said man's sword-fighting opponent, "What are you going to do? BLEED on me?"

Romanes eunt domus!

Actually I've never seen any of the sketches, except the famous ones.

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition. Our weapon is fear. Fear and surprise. Our two main weapons are fear and surprise, and an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope. Our three main weapons are fear, surprise, an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope, and lovely smart uniforms. Four! We'll come in again...

"And how do you know she's a witch?"

"Well, she turned me into a Newt!".... "I got better!"

Yeah, I couldn't possibly name all my favorite sketches here.

Luckily my daughter LOVES MP. I got her both volumes (the books) of Monty Python's Flying Circus.
She's also got a copy of the script from The Holy Grail (bought off a street vendor in NYC, so it's probably just copied from watching the movie.).

I grew up on this stuff along with Benny Hill and others. :D

My Dad has Monty Python's Big Red Book and I've heard of some of the sketches there, like International Twit of the Year. Can't wait to see that sketch in action.

"Hitler in England" is one of my all-time favorites.
Also The "Dennis Moore" sketch is awsome.
And I saw this one a while ago where a bunch of scottsmen were jumping out a window because they were bombs or something, that was great.
My brother likes the Spanish Inquisition sketch, so I watch that one a lot.
