Most annoying TV ads

Is it just me or are TV ads getting really annoying?

The two I can think of is the 'Evian' roller-skating babies and the Lynx 'Twist' (where 'women get bored easily' )

The first is just creepy; if you look at the last scene, the baby's head seems to move disembodied over its over-muscled torso and the smiles are seriously disturbing.

The second is insulting to both guys and girls; my bf is offended by the idea that he's supposed to change 6 times a day in order to be 'good enough' fo someone, and I'm not particularily flattered by the portrayal of women as superficial and easily bored.

Anyone else got any least-favourite ads?

The Sonic drive-in food commercials are stupidity personified.

Have to admit, you do remember them. Even if it doesn't encourage you to eat there.

I hate the comparison websites!
Especially that stupid "Go Compare" one where that man sings that awful song. Seriously I have to turn off the radio or mute the TV whenever I hear it.

I. HATE. LOCAL. ADS.

This last Christmas, a furniture store in my town actually ran an ad in which the owner said, "Hey, Jesus is the reason for our season, so come on down to [store]! Just have a blessed Christmas, y'all."

ohh... hell with the BING! search engine ads, they annoy the hell outta me, and sometimes creap me out horribly (wtach the expressions on some of the actors faces in the comercial.

agree 100% on the Sonic ads....

and the new Office Max (or whoever...) "WOW, that's a great price" ad... what a grating 60 seconds...

... how many different ad campaigns does Geico have out there....

on the flipside, the 'Plan 9" and "burger joint" Chic-fillet ads are great! Cows and flying pie pans are always a winner!

Those high fructose corn syrup ads are the worst. I always have to turn off the TV when they come on.

And those annoying local car dealership commercials where the guys are rambling on in a really fast annoying voice. Those men creep me out.

I wish, if there MUST exist adverts, then
they would limit themn to Cat food/goods adverts,
Commerical Grade Electronics adverts,
and a few toy adverts, not all of them because
some are stupid.

Also ANY commercials about Kay Jewelers, or any other jewelry.

other than that commercial and the ones I already listed. Any commercial that has to feature a god damn couple making out or anything of that nature. ESPECIALLY THOSE GOD DAMN JEWELRY COMMERCIALS. /RAGE

That staples commercial with the guy who yells WOW THAT IS A GREAT PRICE.

The ATT vs Virizon / Verizon vs ATT commercials. Im sick of seeing them, they are one every damn commercial break. at least the verizon ones are shorter than the ATT ones.

Oh yea I forgot the Head on commercials. I haven't seen those in a long time.

The McDonald's coffee one where the guy tells people not to talk to him until he's had his coffee. He doesn't look tired or interesting enough to risk his coffee-less wrath . And that one for mattresses where the couple flops down face first into the mattress and start talking .

Adds with talking animals usually annoy me. The worst one is that dog that screams, BACON!! !! ! I HAVE NO THUMBS!! ! I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU!! BACON!! !! !! !!

I dunno, depending on my mood that commercial can either plummet into the uncanny valley, or entertain me for a little. If ive seen it more than a few times withing the span of a few days though, it definately passes as annoying.

Compare The Meerkat. What the bloody hell is THAT? It gets on my nerves how everyone acts like it's so witty and clever, and I just find it stupid and annoying.
