Do any of you guys like the TV show "House"? I love that show; it's very intellectual and very amusing at moments, and Hugh Laurie spices up the role of Dr. House in a way that probably no one else can. It's probably my favorite TV show.

Yes, I watch House. It's one of the best doctor-oriented shows on at the moment. Much better than ER nowadays.

I'm actually surprised with Hugh Laurie. I know him best for playing half-wits on "Blackadder", and here he is, actually being a kind of Blackadder himself.

I could only recognize him after I replayed some Black Adder. He has definitely changed. His basic body language has not.

It's one of my favorites also. I've never seen Hugh Laurie on any other television show, so it's hard to imagine him playing any other character. I agree, he definitely does spice it up.

I watch it religiously-- The plot follows the same trajectory with each show, so it's gotten less interesting over time, but Hugh Laurie is still incredibly funny (I loved him in Blackadder, too).
