From the comics, cartoons or movies--what are the quotes that best sum up the Dark Knight for you?

Here's one of my favorites:

in one of the comics, the mad hatter tell's batman "You search for Madness with Logic, not unlike searching for Darkness with a Torch"

The Joker: "Yes, well, this is all tremendously boring."

Some of my favorites;

Robin: "Where'd you get a live fish, Batman?"
Batman: "The true crimefighter always carries everything he needs in his utility belt, Robin."

Batman: Hand down the shark repellent Batspray!

Commissioner Gordon: [reads] What weighs six ounces, sits in a tree and is very dangerous?

Commissioner Gordon: Yes, of course.

Gotta love Adam West.

i love it how in the animated series, the penguin always gets lots of bird-related words into his language.

I like the speech he gives the crime lords in year 1 "you have eaten well, but from now on none of you are safe", and the dialogue in DKR while fighting the mutant leader and superman "in this mudhole im the surgeon" "i want you to remember my hand on your throat" etc. And in Begins to the homeless man, "nice coat". His first cool night as Batman sucessful.

Uhm...yah, I know.

There have been quotes from at least 4 Batman villians in this thread. Is there really a problem with someone liking 4 joker quotes more than anything boring old Batman could muster?
