I was watching Ghost Town tonight (with Ricky Gervais) and it made me think of a thread about the funniest scenes you have seen in movies or tv (doesn't have to be a comedy).

I could find a long list if I had the time just now, but for the moment, I'll offer this clip from City Hunter. It has no subtitles but it doesn't really need them. It's obvious he's trying to escape someone and wants his buddies to get the cuffs off him at first, and for the rest, you need at least a passing familiarity with the old Capcom Street Fighter game to really get it, but even if you don't, it's still pretty funny to see Jackie Chan in a dress:
