I kinda liked the Naruto mangas, and the show was mostly OK, but I eventually quited the story, it turned out too complicated to follow and understand. Anybody feels like this or is it just me?

One of my favorite aspects of Naruto is the character diversity and involved storyline. I found I struggled to figure out what was going on for a while when I first began watching the show but got the hang of it over time - then again, most anime's I have watched have a tendency to be this way.

I can't really say much about the newer stuff, I only watched it through Shippudden(sp?).

Overall it is definitely one of my favorite tv shows ever.

Hmm I don't think it is too difficult to understand, well I guess at times gets a bit complicated. I mean in comparison To Aru Majutsu no Index can be even harder to follow, large cast which you have to remember who knows what and who, lots of conspiracies, complicated explanations involving everything from physics to religeon for how things work and the arks can be very hard to understand if you don't pay attention.

Well agreed anime in general can be pretty hard to follow, especially in the dialogue heavy series.

It's pretty simple. It's just so god damn long you get intimidated.
