Any star wars fans have an opinion? I liked all the other light saber battles in the prequals but I was the least impressed with the emporer's fighting skills. It looked so awkward and choriagraphed (sp)

Speaking on it in terms of the Star Wars universe, I'd say it was because Sidious/Palantine was out of practice, depending on his apprentice to do the fighting for him. Otherwise, I was just surprised the old guy got off his ass at all, and fought seasoned Jedi.
For a technical and moving making perspective - I really don't have an opinion, as I really didn't notice anything wrong.
