what do you guys think?

Not bad really, I colect the cards and stuff. Still the Abridged version is still my favourite version.

i used to collect the cards until i found it was much cheaper just to get the games. but i love yugioh and yugioh gx. never quite got into 5ds. that whole adding racing elements to duels was kind of a turn off to me. i'm embarrassed that i like the english "americanized" dubs of the first 2 series but i still love yugioh. abridged is one of my favs too.

also, screw the rules, i have money!

Honestly this was the best fighting monster anime I remember. The writing was very clever and the characters were a lot deeper than pokemon's. The villains were awesome in this show in that they were able to pose a threat to the protagonist yet most of them were never truly evil. Many were just misunderstood.

I only wish they had focused a little less on the card game and a little more on the characters. This is why fighting monster animes tend to bore me. I really don't care about jazz-mitazz. Just focus on the story and keep it rolling.
