Light Sensitivity and Quiz Show Contestants

If an autistic or otherwise light sensitive contestant was on a game show would they have to (in the UK) change up the lighting because of disability laws or would it be kept the same to keep the style of the show?

I ask cos people earn quite a bit on there. And they look fun.

And I'm good at quizzes, whether it's pub quizzes or Alexa quizzes or whatever. But I have very bad light sensitivity so I couldn't go on one of those shows normally.

Not sure about the lighting, but some on the spectrum have suggested that they wouldn't do well on those shows that have quick-fire question rounds (which in the UK would be Mastermind, The Chase, University Challenge etc) because of their need to think through questions logically, which you can't really do on those kinds of rounds.
