Beast Wars is still my favorite Transformers cartoon. I don't know if I could rate the characters from that one, because all of them were fun. Especially those hilarious, awkard moments between Megatron and Inferno. And that show definitely had the coolest Megatron of all. "Yessss!"

All the fuzors were my favorites, and wise crackin rattrap was pretty funny!

Dinobot was easily my favourite, he was very honourable and never saw eye to eye with Rattrap. His death still makes me cry, even to this very day. My second favourite goes to Depth Charge - he was the loner type, acted like Clint Eastwood with his nihilistic, anti-social machismo attitude, but at least he went out fighting.
