Went to see this locally last week and is every bit as good as expected 
The first time I have actually seen a Studio Ghibli film in a cinema, well worthwhile there is so much more detail on a move screen than any television.

Arrietty is a 14 year old borrower who lives under the floorboards of the ‘human beings’ country house. She lives with her parents and helps them to borrow/steal food from the human beings’ upstairs. Sho the son of the house owner who is soon to have a heart operation forgets all about his sadness and loneliness when he captures a glimpse of Arrietty in the garden. He promises to protect Arrietty and her family but instead they are forced into an adventure of escaping to a new home. This is truly a great family film that the children will love.
