Futurama Season 6 finally airing in the UK!

Yes, the title says it above.

It's on at 8pm on Sky1/HD on Friday 22nd July.

I know, alright, I know it's available on the internet (I've watched a few of them on it) but this is the proper HD airing I've been waiting for since like, early 2010.

Also I'm not actually sure if it is Season 6. Apparently Season 5 was the four feature-length episodes/movies. And according to the Sky TV guide it's Season 7! Oh the confusion

unfortunately I am living in the land of the poor so I have only got a freeview box (which I got as a gift!). I will not be able to watch these new episodes

I unfortunately only have a freeview box ( ) so I'll just have to get t'other half to record it for me.

If this is true then how come it hasn't been advertised. I always get the sky magazine every month and there was nothing about new Futurama in there recent issue, unless I've missed something.

I love Futurama. The movies are sort of uneven. Make sure that you watch Bender's Big Score though. It's my favorite.

You are correct that confusingly the straight-to-DVD feature lengths are classed as Season 5.

I'll just watch them online and wait for them to come out on DVD. Seeing how I don't have Sky.
