I'll happily see the Blade Runner sequel that Ridley Scott is apparently developing, but somehow I doubt the damn thing will ever get made.

A new South Park movie
Team America 2
Finding Nemo 2
The Incredibles 2
Welcome to the Jungle 2
A Series Of Unfortunate Events (it's been so long since the first and only movie adaptation, so they could just do a remake and go on from there)
District 9: 2 (or District 10 as people are calling it)
Star Wars VII - IX
Roger Rabbit 2: The Toon Platoon (although this is more of a prequel, apparently)
Forrest Gump 2

I feel that usually only the first sequel of a movie is worth watching, so I'm only going to list the ones I want for movies that have no sequels.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith: Just a funny cool over-the-top action film about a married assassin couple. It'd be cool to maybe see the main characters have kids.

Hocus Pocus: I think the ending where the witch's spell book opens its eye was supposed to imply that the witch sisters were going to come back to life, so I would love to see that happen.

White Chicks: I really enjoyed the first movie, and I feel a good sequel could be made if they got the Wayans Brothers to do it again.

Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind
X-Men: Second Class
Riddick 3
2061: Odyssey Three
Austin Powers 4 (with Seth Green as the villain)
The Simpsons Movie 2
Despicable Me 2
Terminator Salvation 2
Rise of the Planet of the Apes 2
The X-Files 3

Most of these movies do have sequels in the works but are not in production yet.
In no particular order here they are:
1) Simpsons Movie 2
2) Star Trek 2
3) Kick Ass 2
4) Avatar 2
5) District 10
6) The Incredibles 2
7) Kung Fu Panda 3
8) Rise of the Planet of the Apes 2
9) Terminator 5 (which I hear may go through the whole timeline change as Star Trek did and become a reboot)
10) Transformers 4
