I made a topic similar to this about video games, but this one is specifically about DVDs and Blu-Rays. So what are some movies or shows you are hoping to get for X-mas?

I know one I want for sure is this anime called Pet Shop of Horrors, it's a four episode horror anime about a mysterious count who runs a pet shop in Chinatown that sells monster pets. Basically each episode is about a person buying a pet from his shop but they always break one of the rules for taking care of the pet and the creature always causes havok for the owner (similar to the movie Gremlins).

Also I thought about getting season one and two of the cartoon Ed, Edd, n Eddy. Next to Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed, Edd, n Eddy is my second favorite American cartoon. I love the characters and the simplicity of the show's plot about three best friends trying to get money for jaw breakers through scams.

So yeah I think those are the DVDs I want the most this year. I hope that at the very least I can get Pet Shop of Horrors. :)

There are a lot of films I want for Christmas but I've narrowed it down to my personal 3 which are Captain America The First Avenger, Super 8 and Rise of the Planet of the Apes. I also want Transformers Dark of the Moon and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II but I think I'll just buy them myself.

Penguins kind of annoy me yet the movie was still good. Was a surprise when I saw it.
