I love Tenchi Universe! I'm currently re-watching the series, and I enjoy it just as much now as I did when I was younger. I used to watch it when it aired on Toonami, even though I was only 9 or 10 at the time and it's clearly aimed at teenagers. Back then, all the fanservice and innuendo in the show went right over my head, and I mostly enjoyed it for its strong female characters and the romantic aspects of it.

I also really loved Tenchi in Tokyo, and I'm going to re-watch that after I'm done with Universe. I remember that when it aired on Toonami, I sacrificed watching the last episode in order to go to a school festival with my friends. I can't wait to see how it ended!

Azumanga Daioh, definitely. But if Abridged Series count, then Dragonball Z Abridged and Hellsing Ultimate Abridged (both by Team Four Star) are bloody funny.
