Is it just me or was the main character Aspie and portrayed in a really offensive manner?

Uh...what character are you talking about?

Are you seriously talking about Mater? Because I don't think there's anyway that he is an aspie. He was just portrayed as a redneck. His skills come from him being a towtruck, not autistic.
