Yes, this was the answer to that post I did earlier today asking about that television show/movie and asking if any of you knew what it was. Apparently not.

and I am not going to go on a tangent into whether or not I think this kid may be a autistic savant, even if the signs are quite clear.

I just wanted to know your thoughts on this new series coming out.

It kind of reminds of of my facebook friend who does something similar. Just not with the whole freaky future-telling mathematical, geometrics, super-genius, Einstein thing.

I hadn't heard of it until now, so I checked out your link. It looks interesting, I think. I have a bit of a bias against Sutherland though after "24". Do they ever identify the boy as autistic?

I don't think so, but the do label him as a non-verbal, savant who does not communicate well.

they said the kid is autistic and are going to try to stay true to the symptomes of autism.
