In his review of Richie Rich what was that music being played when Richie and his parents were on Mount Richmore being chased by the villain?

It's been awhile since I've seen the film, but I think it was from North By Northwest. It would make sense because the film's climax takes place on Mount Rushmore as well.

I've never ever seen the film but I do remember that episode of Family Guy where Peter and Lois were being chased by Mel Gibson and that music does ring a bell now that you've said it was from North by Northwest.
