8O Fascinating!! I love it! I'm on season 2 and cannot believe I have lived as long as I have without this show?? I'm NOT a TV fan, but I break for Firefly/Star Trek/Aeon Flux/The Maxx/Arrested Development, etc. But I am floored by how addictive this show is, and how relevant it remains. Can I get an 'amen?!'

The X Files is one of my all time favorite TV shows; and in fact, I had gotten my wife hooked on it soon after we met.

I was a die hard fan, when it was on. I preferred the one-off episodes about some weird creature, etc. The episodes with the ongoing themes about Scully's health and Mulder's sister weren't so much fun for me, but I watched them anyway. There seemed to be more and more of those as time went on however.

I rejected X-files on principle. I knew they did not have a real story arc with a genuine conclusion.

Series like Babylon-5 actually had an end.

Even back in the day, the series -The Fugitive- (A Quinn Martin production) had a genuine last episode.

XFiles is a classic. My favorite episode is called Home from season 4.

I used to watch it on tv with my grandpa when I was little. Now I'm watching the whole series again on Netflix.
