This list might not be official as there are a lot of bad threequels out there and I might have missed a few. Plus I want to point out that 1 or 2 of these movies have a few good moments that make me want to revisit them and maybe watch edited but I would still consider them bad if that makes sense.

You're entitled to your own opinion of course but what's wrong with that one. While I consider Ghost Protocol and Rogue Nation to be superior movies this one was pretty fun. Personally I even like it more than the first one and definitely that godawful second one.

Chris McQuarrie, who wrote and directed Rogue Nation {which was a damn good movie indeed}, will return to write and direct the next Mission Impossible movie. Production will begin this Spring for a Summer 2018 release.

I would go for the theatrical version not because its actually good but I remember watching and getting through it. I remember getting really bored watching the assembly cut even though it's technically better. But truth be told Alien 3 wasn't really solid. Honestly I would choose to consider non canon simply because they killed off Newt and Hicks.

Agreed. They really spoiled it. The first two are the ones to watch.
