What did you all think of this movie?

I thought it was fabulous and I forgot that I was watching Jamie Foxx, instead of Ray. I liked how Ray permitted the use of his life, both good and bad. I appreciate that kind of honesty.

The music was wonderful, it sure is hard to sit still during that movie.

I haven't seen it yet, but; I've heard it is very, very good. We will get it when it's on DVD. I can't go to movie theaters, too many people and too loud!

Already is.

I've bought, but I haven't watched it. I've still got a whole pile of unwatched DVDs to go through.

It is?! I looked for new DVDs today and didn't see it. I'm the same way about buying them and never finding the time to watch them. I have a stack here I have to watch.

ghotistix, I think Feste-Fenris was actually talking about Jamie Foxx, not Ray Charles.

I loved this movie. I was happy that Jamie Foxx won the Academy Award for his portrayal. He really deserved it.

Sorry Feste-Fenris. I've misinterpreted again :(

I hope I get around to seeing the movie some time. Ray's story definitely seems interesting.

I'm going to see it on Friday. I've already seen the trailer and I can't wait to see the whole movie.

Jamie super glued his eyes shut for 12 hours a day during rehearsal and filming. He said that sometimes, he would hear, "that's a wrap," and everybody would take off and forget he couldn't see and would leave him sitting at the piano. It was funny when he was talking about it.

Since I am such a visual person, that movie was very tasty in that way.
