personally i think heading a small boat like Slice of Life into a raging hurricane is a pretty risky way to fake suicide, and Dexter is not that sloppy. He survived in spite of himself.

i love,love love Dexter and have been riveted through most of the show. i found the last season a very poor showing and the finale completely fizzled.

the only reasonable explanation i've been able to find for the incredibly bland and anticlimactic finale is that they may be planning a Dexter movie. In that light, leaving Dexter stranded in a logging camp and Hannah out roaming south america with his son makes a little sense.

still fell far, far short of what i expected.
