I'm not sure if Taxi Driver counts as a psychological thriller, but it nonetheless gives an in-depth look into the mind of Travis Bickle. I was watching it tonight, and it's one of my all-time favorite films, so much that I named my dog after De Niro's character.

I really enjoyed Zodia a lot.

I threw Citizen X into the disturbing movies thread but maybe it fits in better here.

The Mothman Prophecies is kind of a supernatural thriller. Would recommend to fans of the X-Files.

I vote for "Fargo" also, one of the very few movies that I have watched more than once. William H. Macy is mesmerizing as the used-car salesman, and the lead character (lady cop) sounds EXACTLY like one of my sisters. :)

Some of those aren't even thrillers, like Die Hard. That's an action movie.... completely different to a thriller. It may be thrilling to watch but that isn't at all the definition of the thriller genre.

How about The Great Escape? That's one of my favorites in this category.
