For me it's Maya & Miguel :x. Ewwwwwwwwww! The show should just be called Maya because the don't even concentrate on her twin brother very much. I'm typing this post so I don't have to watch it. (It's on at 4:00 (right now) where I live). Maya is insensitive and treats people with problems like an amputated arm and (I assume) AS differently from everyone else. Anything that she thinks that person may have difficulty doing, she excludes that person. If she even thinks that someone is feeling badly, she gets some crazy idea and goes way to extreme by trying to help them. For example, her brother Miguel wants an autograph from a star baseball player, so she and her friends dress up as the Baritone Boys, who are to start the game with the Star-Spangled Banner. And she can't sing! Plus, when that fails, she takes the mascot, puts herself inside it and chases the star baseball players around, making them lose! Plus she's always talking in Spanish and I can't understand her! And worst and most annoying of all... Whenever she gets some crasy idea that eventually causes a horrible disaster, her hairband glows hot pink and she says "S-O-S!" How stupid is that? Ewwewwewwewwewwewwewwewwwwwwwwww! I can't stand her!

Phew, I just had to say all that.

So, what's the worst television show you've ever seen? I've already told you mine (duh!), so now you can tell me yours. When you have yours, post it here.

Yours truly,

Christopher Grills

All That is the most overrated show on TV. It is supposed to be funny, but it has hardly any humor. It basically makes gullible kids make fools of themselves on television. It claims it's funny, and it was voted "Best TV Show" on this year's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, but I don't see anything funny or good (or "all that") about it, personally.

It's got to be Dr. Phil. I guess I don't really have to elaborate on my reasons, do I? If you've ever seen this quack's show, you'll understand why it's most definately the worst show on TV - not to even mention the damage he might be doing to impressionable minds.

I don't really watch Dr. Phil myself, so what's wrong with it? And I think the worst show I've ever seen was something my cousins were watching on MTV. It was this very pointless show, and I don't know the name of it, but it was the first show I've ever seen that had no plot or anything whatsoever.

All That was good when I was like 7...then all of the original cast left; so now it sucks. The worst show I've seen is The Biggest Loser or The Swan or America's Top Motel... almost any show encouraging people to be anorexic mold-fitting bimbos...

The one show that I can't stand is Dr. Phil. I can only watch five minutes of it without getting annoyed. That man thinks that he's God's gift to the Human Race and he thinks that he's high and mighty enough to solve everybody's problems in just one hour. I'm pretty sure that the producers get the couples and families to act some skits out on Video Tape, to add a little spice to his show. I also don't like the One Size Fits All approach that Dr. Phil uses with his guests. He's also unaware that some of the kids on those video tapes might have Disabilities, so he tells the parents to use his Narrow-Minded approach with their kids. That's all I have to say about Dr. Phil.

I've never actually watched any of those weight-loss shows (only seen the commercials), but I agree with you on the fact that people these days worry so much about obesity that it's crazy. I'm starting to think that people these days are obese because they worry too much about it!

And i have one show to add to your little list of shows like that: an episode of Nick News about obesity. They portrayed the "fat" kids (who probably really didn't weigh any more than 145 pounds) as miserable kids. One girl was "sad" that when you're "obese", you can't fit into the popular brands of clothing (at least that's how I interpreted it). When you're skinny, clothes fall right off of you (Isn't that why they have XS sizes, skin-tight, and belts?)!

To think, once he said that he wanted to take over TV! (Or at least that's how I interpreted it.)

I don't watch what i don't like :)

A friend of mine was watching Celebrities Uncensored a while back, though. Can there be any more useless show?

Saturday morning kids TV in the UK is absolutely horrible

Also anything with David Dickinson (the orange goblin) has me reaching for the off button.

I detest half of what's on TV...

I like NOVA and CNN... but the rest of American TV can go the way of Roman Decadence...

Fun thing to do with TIVO...

Replace all celebrity "journalism" shows and fashion documentaries with the machine-gun scenes from well-made movies (Bonnie & Clyde, The Matrix, Saving Private Ryan, Predator)...

Paris Hilton is in Rehab again for... budabudabudabudabuda... my leg!

Very satisfying...

i like dr. phil. his show is a lot better than most of the other talk shows on tv whose subjects are about who's my baby's daddy? or guess who's a drag queen?

by the way, he doesn't try to solve everyone's problems in a one hour segment. he does long-term counseling or refers people to reputable psychologists who can help them with their problems. during the segments on his show he basically gives public awareness to the issues for the benefit of the tv and studio audience.

Back when the Fox network got started in the States in the 1980s it had a sitcom called 'Small Wonder' about a robot little girl and a remake of 'The Munsters'. Awful. Based on those I never thought Fox would make it!
