This is a 4chan rip-off (as 90 percent of all internet content is).

You post a screen-shot at a specific time (in this case, at 33:33) and ask people to identify the movie. Sometimes, the movie can be extremely easy to identify, or it can be impossible unless you are a true connoisseur of cinema.

Feel free to identify - and more importantly - post your own 33:33 screen-shot.

Oh, and the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard and hittinng Ctrl+V in Paint will work just fine. Just remember the 800 x 600 restriction on images on WP (resizing is easy, and so is cropping).
