My favorite commercials are:
The GM Depressed Robot
Go-Tarts in the 70's
Eggo Waffle Girl

And my least favorite commercials are:
ANY Kidz Bop
Worship Jamz
Floam
Lionel Toy Bank
And more that I can't think of right now!

the only favorite commercial i can think of right now is the pizza commercial with people with oversized eyes, ears, nose, and mouth admiring their pizza. the comedic timing is great in that commercial.

My favorite commercial is a radio commercial i hear every morning about getting a better job.

The guy is at worked and is constantly watching the clock hes like "COME ON COME ON COME ON LETS GO LETS GO"

"YES!! !! TIME TO GO!! ! YESS!! !!"

then his co-worker says "Man what are you talkin about we've only been here for 30 minutes"

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

I've been thinking of starting a "Most Hated Advert" thread.

There are so few good adverts about, some mediocre ones, and then the bulk, almost, that incense me.

Viz. The shampoo advert that says "Removes up to 100% of dandruff flakes!". OK. So that means it's guaranteed not to remove more flakes that you started with? That doesn't make sense. Technically, I think it can actually ADD dandruff flakes to your head! It doesn't say anything to contradict that.

Different countries, different ads. I don't think we Brits get any of the ads you mentioned. However, I might get this wrong, but I recall a story about a tagline that went "Mother Murphy's Meatballs Don't Bounce". Apparently they were so nondescript that that was the best the ad agency could come up with.

I'll have to go with "Where's The Beef?" commercial in promotion of the
Wendy's Fast Food chain.. That was funny.

2nd, the Nut & Honey cereal commercial, cause the man would ask, "What are you eating?" and the reply was,"Nut & Honey" wherein, it would seem the person was saying Nothing Honey..

wondered what his name was, i liked some of the geico ones, as well as some of the ones that were for advertizing the dv2000t hp laptop

best was that commercial for the mighty mule gate opener, it starts off with a guy on a horse and buggy then comes to a gate, he pulls out a remote and clicks it, gate opens and announcer starts talking about the mighty mule opener and at very end when it says the name of product the guy on horse and buggy lip syncs the words mighty mule.

I don't watch Television that much, unfortunately

Cat food commercials

I like the GEICO commercials. (The movie announcer one is my favorite.) I also like the Capital One Banking commercial where the Vikings talk about how they invented banking. (The credit card ones aren't as fun.)
