Wonderful wonderful program. David Renwick has been stealing my thoughts.
Starts off with the woman on the train thinking if the old woman across from her can read her thoughts... then she says... Of course she cant... but just in case...better not think about her wig, its awful...
Then the guy is in a taxi and he is getting all edgy about having to figure out what the tip should be.... its at £9.00 which makes it ideal as a £10 fare, but then it goes to £9.20 which ruins the 10% rule and he has to recalculate. I always end up giving too big a tip, apart from twice in my life, and one of those times was when I was dead nervous and made myself look like a tight-arse in front of someone I really fancy.
This guy is a writer too, and he thinks far too much about the problems of the world, whereas those around him are talking about nothing in particular. And the woman has the same problems, her work colleagues are talking crap and she isn't interested, and she can't spot it when someone is madly is love with her.
I can't wait until the next episode, you know they will get together sooner or later.
The premise of the program is that somewhere out there is someone who is absolutely perfect for YOU, not perfect as a person, but perfect for you and the liklihood of you meeting that person is quite low.... and if you do meet them, how do you find out that they are perfect!
